Tickets
All tickets are will-call, meaning you pick them up the day of your trip. Upon arrival, please visit the Ticket Office (the blue caboose) and give them your name. In addition to your tickets, you will receive boarding instructions.

Ticket Office is open one (1) hour prior to departure time. Boarding begins 30 minutes prior to departure.

Handicap Accessibility
We are not ADA compliant due to the historic nature of our equipment. However, we try our best to accommodate everyone. Please let us know at the time of reservation if you have any boarding concerns (use a walker, cane, or wheelchair; need extra time boarding).

Cancellation Policy
Ticket sales are non-refundable. However, an in-house monetary credit can be held for a future excursion (subject to availability) for up to one year from the original excursion date. For events involving meal service, if cancellation is less than one week prior to excursion, a $25 service fee per ticket will be charged.

Pets
We do not accept pets on the train. However, certified assist animals are permitted.
