First Class/Classic Club includes riding in the Club Car or Dining Car with light snacks, beverage service, and a gourmet dessert served during the trip. Passengers wishing to ride in First Class are urged to call ahead for tickets.

Coach passengers may purchase sandwiches, snacks, and drinks on board or bring their own small coolers. Smoking, alcoholic beverages, and pets are not permitted on board.

Agents can also assist you in purchasing tickets or gift certificates and in answering any of your questions. The Potomac Eagle will accept personal checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. All tickets are non-refundable. If passengers are unable to ride on their scheduled date, they may change their reservation and use their tickets on another train as space permits.

Reversible seating is available on much of the train.
